The following terms, conditions, and policies (the “Terms”) govern the use of this website, Useless Knowledge (the “Site”), owned and operated by Useless Media Group, a division of Real Planet Entertainment, Inc. and its subsidiaries (collectively, “Useless Media Group,” “we,” “us,” or similar identifying pronouns).
AGREEMENT TO TERMS AND CONDITIONS
By using the Site, and/or subscribing to, purchasing or using any Useless Knowledge™ services, products, technology, content or data, through or in connection with the Site or Useless Media Group, you agree to these Terms as if you had signed a written document to that effect. These terms apply to everyone who accesses or uses the Site, whether or not they submit material to the Site.
If you do not agree to all of the following Terms, including but not limited to, the Useless Knowledge Privacy Policy, Useless Knowledge Copyright Policy, and Useless Submission Policy, you must immediately cease use of this Site prior to downloading, accessing or making any use of any of the material or content appearing on this site. We are willing to allow you access to the Site and the services and products available in connection with the Site, on the condition that you agree to all of the Terms provided here and any other terms and conditions that may appear on the Site or on any order form or related document.
These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Useless Media Group and supersede all other prior and/or contemporaneous communications or agreements. No waiver of any provision or right by Useless Media Group in connection with default or breach by you shall be considered a waiver of any subsequent breach or default
CONDITIONS OF USE
The site is controlled and maintained in the State of California, in the United States of America, and we make no representations regarding the Site’s appropriateness or legality outside of the United States. If you are accessing the Site from a location outside of the United States, you are responsible for complying with all local laws and regulations.

Useless Media Group is not responsible for and makes no representations regarding, the Material, Submissions, or Third Party Marks. Your use of the Site and any products or services found on the Site is subject to your compliance with these Terms. Use of the Site or any Material appearing on the Site other than as expressly permitted is prohibited.
You are allowed to access, view, display, and, where permitted, comment on, Material appearing on the Site for personal, non-commercial purposes. Your account may only be accessed by one computer or another device at a time. You must comply with all applicable laws, statutes, and regulations concerning your use of the Site.

ACCOUNT CREATION
In order to access some content or features of the Site, you may need to create an account. You are only allowed to create an account, for yourself, and for no other person. You must provide accurate information, and agree to update such information to maintain its accuracy. All personal information disclosed by you during account creation is subject to our Privacy Policy, as set forth below. third party websites and applications, such as Facebook, may be used to create accounts. Your use of any third-party websites or applications, in conjunction with the creation of an account on this Site or otherwise, is governed by the terms and conditions of those third-party websites. You are responsible for keeping any password(s) for your account private, and for all activity on your account. You must notify us immediately in the event of unauthorized use of your account. Useless Media Group is not responsible for any unauthorized use of your account or for losses caused by the unauthorized use of your account. You are allowed only to use your own account, and no other account(s) unless specifically given permission to do so by the account holder.

Useless Media Group, Real Planet Entertainment, Inc., Useless Knowledge, UselessKnowledge.com, and their respective logos, service marks, and graphics which incorporate the same (collectively, “Useless Media Group Marks”) are the property of Real Planet Entertianment, Inc. All Material and Useless Media Group Marks are protected by the U.S. and international trademark, copyright and other intellectual property rights, as applicable.
Submissions are licensed or controlled by Useless Media Group, owned by their respective owners, and protected by applicable copyright and trademark laws. Any trademarks, logos, service marks or another branding not belonging to Useless Media Group (collectively, “Third Party Marks”) are the property of their respective owners and are protected by applicable copyright and trademark laws.
Except as expressly set forth in these Terms, you may not use the Material, Useless Media Group Marks, Third-Party Marks, or Submissions without the explicit prior written permission of the applicable rights holder. Any rights not granted to you in these Terms are expressly reserved to Useless Media Group.
FORUMS/COMMENTSAny Material, statements, opinions, or any other comments appearing in a forum or comment section of the Site shall not be considered those of Useless Media Group unless such is clearly identified as an official statement from Useless Media Group from an authorized Useless Media Group spokesperson. Useless Media Group does not purport to monitor any forum or comment section of the Site, but may, at any time, delete, remove, censor, or otherwise modify any statements, opinions, comments, or material appearing on such sections of the Site.

NO REPRESENTATIONS

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Site and all the Material appearing on it is offered as-is with no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to, implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, and non-infringement. Useless Media Group makes no representations as to the correctness, timeliness, or accuracy of any of the Material appearing on the Site. Useless Knowledge Group makes no representations that any use of any material appearing on the Site will not infringe on the rights of any third party.
CHOICE OF LAW/DISPUTE RESOLUTION
You agree that the Site, all services provided by it, and contents appearing on it shall be deemed to be based solely in the State of California. The Site shall be deemed a passive website and shall in no event give rise to personal jurisdiction over Useless Media Group in any other jurisdiction other than California. These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to any principles of conflict of laws. All disputes, claims, causes of action or lawsuits shall be resolved individually. Except for instances in which Useless Media Group deems it necessary or proper to seek injunctive or equitable relief, all disputes between you and Useless Media Group arising from the use of or in connection with the Site that cannot be resolved through good faith negotiations will be resolved through binding arbitration in Los Angeles, California according to the then-current rules of the American Arbitration Association. You hereby waive all right to seek any equitable relief and any rights of rescission of these Terms. The prevailing party shall be entitled to reasonable outside attorneys’ fees and costs, and the cost of the arbitration from the losing party. Arbitration decisions are final and judgment pursuant to such may be entered in any court having jurisdiction.
TERMINATION
You may terminate your account at any time. Upon termination, all account information will be deleted from Useless Media Group servers. Submissions by you to the site may not be deleted.
You may suspend your account at any time. Upon suspension, your account will no longer appear on the Site until you reactivate your account.
Useless Media Group may terminate your account at any time, for any reason, in its sole discretion without prior notice. Any suspected criminal or illegal activity associated with your account may be referred to the appropriate law enforcement authorities.
SEVERABILITY
If any portion of these Terms shall be found invalid or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, such portion of the Terms shall be struck, and the remainder of the Terms shall remain in full force and effect.
